One way to get consistent with doing Leetcode is - Leetcode has this problem of the day. When you submit a correct solution, it gives you 10 coins but also shows you how many days streak you have. 
  
 I did this continuously for 15-16 days , then when it reset to 0 I got frustrated . This made me open Leetcode every single day. So , right now I'm at 630+ days. 
  
 When you cross maybe 100 or 200 it kind of becomes a part of your life. Now , even when I don't want to do Leetcode i do it so that I don't lose the streak.

I'm a 2023 graduate and I've been living in Gurugram for the last 7 months, with my elder brother and now life looks so suffocating. I always lived alone(even in my hostel) and love to live in solitude. Can't talk to them about it. 
I can't switch the job place (it's rare to get the same or better CTC in the market situation).
What can be done to regain the same freedom.🥺

Currently I am working in TCS with 6 years Experience. Actually I am badly feeling like I have not received any experience from TCS. In the project I was worked as Support role and one of the framework which most of the people don't know. Know I am planning to switch but I feeling like I don't know anything. 

Now I am learning Spring boot through external paid course. I have one question when I try to switch are they consider me as fresher, because I don't have hands on experience on spring boot.

Feeling Low

I know this is not what majority of people like to listen, but for people coming from other cities with no friends and poor social skills, working remote or hybrid starts taking a toll on your mental health. 

The isolation it brings is so overwhelming. You feel trapped and frustrated, when there's no one to talk to.

Sometimes, I feel the quality of life of our kind of lower than street vendors at least they have people they can talk to. I just hate the way we are wired to be social animals yet find it overly difficult to connect with people.

Unpopular Opinion: I prefer Work from Office

Hey guys, 

I'm a recent engineering graduate from a Tier-1 University with decent skills and cgpa. 

As I graduated, I got placed in a MNC as a consultant. But I haven't heard any updates from them yet. Worried about my future, I've started applying to companies for internships and jobs too.

But not only am I not getting selected, I'm not getting any kind of updates from these companies too. Not even as much as a rejection mail. I've recently hit three digits in the number of applications and it's worrying me to see no responses. 

So this is my humble request to the community to help me find a job. I'm a skilled data analyst with proficiency in SQL, Excel, Power BI and Python. I also did many projects on data science and machine learning but my primary interest lies in analytics. 

Even anything as small as a suggestion/tip on what to do or how to proceed would be helpful !!!

Everyday starts to feel like the same and I am not able to get time for extra learning to enhance my knowledge and tech stack.

21M working from home as a SDE. I do live with my parents in a tier 3 city. Most of my time is just spent working on my desk. This is just depressing as I don't have many friends to hangout and even those I have are busy in their own life. I make good and can easily afford to go and live in a tier 1 city but will that be a good option leaving my parents and knowing most of my time would be spent indoors. I am working in a MNC and currently in a billable project but no work. I am pretty good in programming and development.
With an experience of 7months in total I am confused about should I try to switch to other companies and if yes what should be my plans for it.
Currently as I have 0 work in the project i am working to enhance my technical skills like DSA and frontend technologies.

As my pay is quite less (6.5Lpa ~48k in-hand) I want to increase it to atleast 15Lpa

Confused about my further action

Finished one year at my job, SDE-1, CTC-12LPA.

Learnt pretty much all I could from here- and they didn't give us any raises this year. I need to move out, since I feel the stagnation seeping in. I've given only one interview before in college placements, so I'm fairly daunted by shifting to another place.

I feel fairly hopeless since I'm completely out of touch with your standard DSA stuff. I need to start somewhere, some sort of planner or something to get me started.

I get that my problem really isn't as big as it seems, and it's all in my head, but with each day that passes with me not doing anything, I fall deeper and deeper down. Looking for advice. Thanks.

Depressed about where to go from here.

Sometimes I feel like quitting the job and be relaxed and happy. Am fade-up with office politics, too much work pressure and moreover from this Indian mentality at work. Hi everyone , as the title mentioned i am getting tired with this corp culture. My managers are giving bullshit timelines for tasks and expects me to finish it.

Hey Guys, I am working in TCS from last 3.7 years and now I am fed up with it.
I want to switch but I don’t know what I am doing here 🙂 I worked for IT support work Endpoint security compliance for 2 years then switched to ISM role for 11 months, no learning and now in the team where all the Physical(ODC) and logical resources(Proxy AD group, VPN access etc) are managed.
I want to move out but don’t know how can I find the job. Currently I am doing Google Data Analyst Certification but don’t know how I will switch, how I will show my experience etc

Why is it so hard to leave first company?

I hate working 9 to 5. I simply hate it. I loathe it. I worked so hard all my effing life to get here and I hate it. I learnt DP and what not. It’s been 1.5 years since I started working full time as a software engineer and it just keeps getting worse. 
I make upwards of 15 lpa.
It’s not that I have a bad work environment, it’s great. It’s just that I feel absolutely rotten working a 9 to 5 as a software engineer.

Ideally, I would like to own a small business of my own. Despite watching hours of content on how to do that, I haven’t been able to come up with anything that seems like it’s gonna work, you know…

Thinking of doing an MBA but that’s BS too, right?

It feels like very soon I’m just gonna quit and be broke. 🤷🏼‍♀️
It feels like my life is over at 23. Kill me now.
