Feeling dejected, demotivated, loser
I interned at a company for more than 10 months. Gave my heart and soul to it They made me work late nights, gave me so much work I completed them all And now they denied a full time offer citing budget reasons I feel like a loser now. This is so not fair. Now placements at college are also over so theres no hope left Completely loss of words. I don't know what to do Can someone please guide me
While I can understand your pain, please take it as an important lesson of corporates at the quite early stage.
However hard you slog, at the end it will not even matter, and while you can't do anything about it, the utmost positive takeaway would be your experience and work you did.
Let it be a step of ladder, and showcase in your next interviews.

1. What role are you looking for?
2. You're not the looser; company is.
3. You'll do good in the future. How do I know? I was in your shoes 3 years back and I can't imagine to be where I am if I had gotten that offer.
Have faith and work hard. Things will eventually fall in place.
Hang on buddy
This is pretty normalized nowadays.
Lesson here is - Kisi company ko apna baap mat banao! Always look for yourself and only yourself!
Life isnt over, you are far too young to say that! Your skills learned won't go to waste, apply other places and you shall find better!
Another lesson, don't make your work your life! You'll regret it later in your life that you couldn't enjoy the life you wanted
