First switch at 1.5 YOE for 45 LPA
I recently made my first career switch and got a decent hike as well. This is a Product/Analytics role. Have been working for this since last few months and can say the job market is very giving at this point. Would love to help anyone aiming for a similar switch in the same job role.
Your stocks are paper money right since it's a startup.
And is it remote ?
Buddy tell that folks who got ESOPs of Zomato at 40 rs😅
I mean still AVG swe with median tenure might have made max 10L right after IPO. Other public companies will give $7k to $10k per year, with refreshers as well.
Just trying to maximize the TC 😄

Once you have gotten deep into the analytics and developed a certain niche towards your role, you can start leveraging LLM models to enhance the precision and accuracy for any analysis. You can also leverage AI for much of query writting as well For projects and training kindly DM me your work experience and current role, we can find something suitable for you ig.
Hi, I am having 1 year experience as software engineer, but want to switch to product management role, Can you pls guide?
Since tech would already be your forte, focus on getting deep understanding of Analytics and design. Do a lot of design problem mock interviews before applying itself
