Probable List of unicorpses ( dying unicorn ) in upcoming funding winter

1. Migrating PhonePe to India 1B $ in useless tax

2. Like that stupid separation of PhonePe from Flipkart ~0.7B $

3. Now this 3.5B$ just to increase its stake when it was already a majority owner! What's going on?

Why does Walmart keep pumping soo much money even with unnecessary things with Flipkart?

Maybe, 
  
 Taking on Reliance retail and Amazon in India? 
 Tech infra for Walmart (random guess)  
 100% or ownership yields absolute power

After krutrim, perfios, Porter is the 3rd startup which has turned unicorn 🦄 

It has solved some problem for sure unlike krutrim 

I remember, when I moved to blr...it was a life saviour.

Ab ho gya na fundraise? What's the point of saying these things now. You are not listed. You have already raised close to $1bn. It's not like this is bringing new customers.
What's the point of all this PR now?
Why not focus on execution instead of saying things that will bite you in the ass in the future
