My brother signed our parents up to Emoha .com, a service that takes care of managing doctor visits, medicines, diet and overall health monitoring. Truly commendable execution. They assign personal executives that take care of everything from booking appointments, looking for deals and delivering medicines to home. Parents need to be active and follow up too but once they get used to it, it's a decent load off of your family's shoulders.
