As title suggests I wanted to know if any of you have thought to leave india for job? If yes which country seems good? Hearing good things about germany

I'm a software professional making 50LPA in India. Getting offers from Germany, Spain for 100000 euros per year. What should I choose? Relocating to Europe or stay back in India? How are savings in European countries compared to India? I know quality of life will be better in Europe. But is it true that you feel alone there (being away from family)? I am a social media lead with 5 years of experience at a profitable healthtech in Bangalore. My manager has assured me that he’ll train me and I’ll be promoted to a marketing manager in a year’s time. Would it make sense for me to move to Germany for an MBA and settle there at this stage? Or am I better off working in India? Need advise purely from a holistic growth POV.

After reading replies in grapevine for dystopian policies, HR policies, work culture, companies to avoid(looks like all companies should be avoided), related questions I'm kind of regretting as I took the decision to stay back in India and not pursue masters abroad to live with my parents. Given how pathetic the work culture is in almost all the startups(I'll go with 99.99%), politics and poor work life balance and living in a country where I don't get any tax benefits even after paying 30+% direct income tax, is it really worth living in this country anymore ? I'm feeling very sad, looks like I missed the opportunity to go abroad as I'm 25 now. Only my love towards my parents is holding me back since they both are around the age of 60 and I don't want to be the son who will make crores of money abroad and not be with them in case of any emergency. I'm don't want to leave them alone. Looks like there is no hope working in India. 😔
