For 50lpa you should be living very very comfortably, to get the same level of comfort in Europe atleast aim for €150k below that your savings and investment will take a hit.

Usually the trend with Berlin based companies is - standardised role related compensations. They have a range for a particular role across different companies. Room for negotiation is small. Talk to the recruiter and get some hints.
