In germany, you get taxed at 50%. Anything around 50-60 post tax would provide you good cushioning as everything is super costly right now post ukraine war.  
 70post tax would give you a super cosy life but very hard to get into one who would pay 140k.

Bro you can also PPP adjust your current salary and ask for a percentage hike on top of that but research well

Got a job offer which is asking me to relocate to bangalore. I’m currently based out of Gurgaon and not familiar with the rent/amenties scene there. 

What is a good salary range to live a good life there? By good I mean 
- Living in a decent (subjective ik) society with some basic amenities like gym, park, pool (would love that) etc. 
- Dining/Partying at least once a month. 
- Going out to some place atleast once a week
- Having a maid for cooking + cleaning


Other expenses would remain same across cities (digital products/shopping etc)

I have got my HR round discussion at Accenture for the position of Application Lead coming up next week. Hence I thought of picking your brains to resolve a conundrum regarding a reasonable salary that I can ask for.

Location: Bengaluru
Current CTC: 15 LPA
Expected CTC: 23 -  26 LPA
TechStack: Mainframe Developer
YOE: 9 years.

Can you let me know whether my expected CTC is a reasonable amount considering my YOE, tech stack and location. Or should I ask for more/less ?

I am responsible for complete architecture, design, implementation, quality standards and processes of multiple products. Due to intolerable cultural issues, I need to switch soon. Any leads towards MNCs/Startups hiring for Distinguished Engineer, Senior Distinguished Engineer, CTO, VP of Engg, Principal Engineer, or Senior Principal Engineer will be helpfull. If the interview process involves more of architecture and design discussions rather than leetcode hard, that is excellent.
I am not focussed on hike and looking around my current compensation of 150LPA base.  YoE 25. I am fine with any domain. Tech stack: Golang, C++, Python and all latest large scale distributed systems technologies.
