Hi everyone, I’m considering offers from TCS and Infosys but have heard some concerns that I'd like to clarify. Specifically, if I accept an offer from either company and then decide not to join, how long might they block me from future opportunities with them? Additionally, I’ve heard that if you leave TCS after joining, they might not rehire you in the future. Has anyone experienced this or have more information on these policies? TCS rehire policy

My question is from TCS HR and employees: does TCS hire their ex-employees? I have heard that they do not rehire the people who have resigned in the past. I worked with TCS back in 2017; it was my first job right after college. I was there for a little over 1 year. I have been working in my current company for the last 5 years. Now, I am thinking about switching, and I was wondering if I should get in touch with my cohort from TCS again. I would not apply if there is any such policy. Please let me know if I should go ahead with TCS or not.

Should I Join TCS ?

I'm a BCA 2024 graduate, I got an offer from TCS as Graduate Trainee for 2.8 LPA. I'm thinking of joining it and upskilling myself and leaving after the probation period( 1 year). As of now, I'm mid at coding, but I can pick it up fast, should I join TCS and upskill myself or should i spend the next 6 months on my skill then apply somewhere else?
