Had recently commented on a post about the landlord atrocities, specifically in BLR. I thought it is important to build a glassdoor or grapevine kind of community or product for the property owners.

Startup founders or smart talented people - build one product with the wholesome reviews and feedback towards the rentals and landlords too.
Specifically calling out “like” grapevine or glassdoor kind of platform because that gives the review back to the companies and not the other way round (employees) because companies hold the bigger card to always let the employees go and leave them high and dry. Same is the case with the rentals in Bangalore specifically and maybe india in general.
If someone wants a decent house owner, then they should be decent renter.
