What is this Karya, and why is Satya Nadela promoting it?

I heard the video, 20×minimum wage can't possibly be True. Minimum wage in India is 200 Rs per day, so these women cannot be earning 4000 a day. This means 1.2L a month. Is it only a bullshit PR campaign masquerading as a Social initiate or is there really something to it?
