Negotiate firmly but politely. Aim for at least 15LPA if you're a developer, 25LPA if you're a consultant. Always ask for a joining bonus. Be confident, but realistic.

I have received an offer from Accenture which is on the lower side on the market standard and less than what i was expecting. I know they can raise the offer but I don't know how to approach it correctly ,to ask them without offending or you know being rude or showing a negative side. They are giving excuses like my current salary and market and they can't raise it etc etc. I have one round of discussion with them and i told them I will let them know .

I received an offer from Accenture today with the following breakdown:

	•	Fixed: 9.4 LPA
	•	Variable: 1.97 LPA (21%)
	•	Total CTC: 11.3 LPA
	•	Level: 10

Currently, I’m working at TCS with a CTC of 7.9 LPA (1 LPA variable) and have 2.5 years of experience.

Would you recommend accepting the offer from Accenture or staying with TCS? Any advice on this would be really helpful!
