Accenture HR / Salary negotiations round
Hi everyone, I have an upcoming HR round with Accenture for a Salesforce Developer role, which will likely include a salary discussion. My current salary at TCS is around 7.8 LPA (~8 LPA). What CTC should I aim for, and how should I structure the fixed and variable components? Any tips on how to effectively negotiate the offer? FYI : YOE : 2.5 Thanks in advance for your advice!
TCS with 2.5 experience and getting 7.8? If it's a digital profile then target product based companies. Accenture will only give a maximum of 10-11 LPA.
Yes , but it’s very difficult to find product based companies which are hiring for Salesforce devs . If you have any in mind , please let me know .

Accenture variable is a joke. I have been there for 9 years. I had variable component of 27% but they would usually give 12-18% max. So make sure you get your fixed component better and use that to compare other offers.
