Got an offer frm big 4 business consultant,100% excel and PPT work.

I have 5.5+ years of experience in data analytics and have a good experience building dashboards and spreadsheet models and building automation process using Python and Microsoft power automate. I am good with advanced excel, vba, python, Power BI and Google sheets and have worked in Evalueserve and currently working in Gartner.

got offer from infosys 12 lpa with 10.8 lpa fixed is it good with 4 years of exp and 6.5 lpa currently and how much will be my inhand

Is there any skills pay more than 40 LPA except any coding skills. I am into SAP and willing to learn any other skills.

I am sap functional consultant with 8 years exp and close to 20L ctc including bonus . I am not getting promoted in Deloitte so wanted to see what my options are in big 4 i am yet to receive hike and i got exceptional rating in Deloitte so my ctc might become 24L minimum . Any suggestions or knowledge on what others might offer me or am in a pretty decent range ??

Hi guys. I work in a leading metal and Mining company in India. I have work experience of 3 years 2 months in the same role, same department. There seems to be no growth. I am looking for a switch in consulting domain in PWC, Deloitte etc. As many from my current company had gone for such roles. Any idea how much is the entry level salary for SAP consultant or other consulting roles. Current CTC-10.93 LPA How much can be expected. And if possible can anyone give me a referral. I really need to switch, as I feel my energy is draining in the current role. Sorry for the long post.

Hey. I'm a post graduate from a tier 1 MBA college currently working as a management consultant in one of the Big4s (<1 year). Compensation is good (~30 lpa), can't complain. Work has been stagnant for a while firm wide though and have just been focused on upskilling myself. With the interactions I've had till now, I don't really see myself building any hard skills other than data analysis in excel, power BI and business acumen here. (I might just be ill informed here, but are these transferrable skills I can take to the industry? I know data analysis is the bread and butter for business everywhere but I'm talking about specific software and whatnot used in companies) 1. I'm just worried about the exit opportunities that I might have later on. Can anyone shed some light on what kind of exit opportunities one can expect? 2. Let's say I want to get into the operations side of the industry. Is there anything I can do if I'm not necessarily involved in such projects?
