Are the private jobs really better than Government jobs(work pressure and earning wise)? Or should I give a try for government exams?

My parents are asking me to prepare for government exams and get enrolled in SSC coaching. I want to know what are the perks and benefits of government jobs that make people want it so badly. My parents both work for a private company, and I do not find anything wrong with working for a private firm. I like their lifestyle but they keep pushing me to go for government jobs only. What is so good about government jobs in India?

I’m a software developer with 2 years of experience earning 1.6L per month. Should I invest 2-3 years in UPSC preparation for a fresh IAS position or advance to an SDE 3 role in the corporate sector? 
    Considering the potential for better income, less pressure, and job mobility in corporate roles versus job security, pride, and potential moral conflicts in government roles,.Now I’ve had experience in corporate settings but don’t know anything about the first-class government job to compare with. 
    Almost everyone might have faced this dilemma while working in the corporate world. Please help me understand the views that I might be missing.

I'm thinking that I haven't utilised my full potential and left behind from folks around me . 
Right now I'm 27 and earning 22LPA as an SDE. 
I'm constantly worried how can I earn better or make some skills which can bring some money too as IT industry is not stable. 
So what could be best for me to do : 
My strong point is if I focus on one thing I can put more efforts into that work. 

The options that I could think: 

1. Work on my tech skills and get into High paying IT job .
2. Pick one Govt exam and get any govt job . I'm thinking of SEBI grade A exam .
3. Pick up any skills like video editing start freelancing.
4.Prepare for MBA that might help me in longer run in corporate . 


Guys can you suggest which one area should I select and why . As if I focus on more than one I won't be able to fullfill any.

Please guide me regarding my approach towards interviews and how to get an interview in first place as I don't have any experience in private sector and iam 24yr old graduated from tier 1 college.

Since I joined the corporate world(2023 july ), I'm in a constant tension, worried, anxious about the future, market trends, job switch, impact of AI, job security, and all.

I think day by day competition in Sde is raising, and in future it'll be difficult to survive in sde role or we'll in a constant tension about losing job. 

What do you think about government jobs vs
 private jobs  ? Are the same long working hours and work pressure in the government sector, too ? 

I have no idea about the government sector. Can someone tell me what government jobs one can apply after Btech CS ?

Recently, I have a dilemma that should I stay in the startup ecosystem or to go to big tech giants. Obviously 🙄, In mncs the work won’t be rewarded as much as the startups, but i will get good money and wlb. Can anyone show some insight to me?

Need some guidance. I am currently working in a product based MNC with a decent salary for 8 months. I am having 3 years of work experience. Recently I got an interview opportunity from a US based startup company for a SDE 2 remote role with 50% hike. What shall I do? Should I be continue working in the reputed MNC or try to switch to a startup with 50% hike and complete remote opportunity?
