Why do you want to leave the Government sector? Im curious

Monotonous work & work distribution among people is so vague and inefficient. Need to change my career asap to not get addicted to this job.

Currently I was working as an operational team lead in TCS of Grade BPO 3 and I have an experience of 4 years out of which 1 year as a team lead and the same continues in TCS. 

So now I have feed up with this BPO jobs and want to switch to IT. After a deep research I came to know Business Analyst is the best platform to switch to IT from BPO.

I am from Mechanical engineer background and want to settle as Business Analyst.

Kindly requesting anyone to guide me the path of switching from BPO to Business Analyst and what skills and courses I need to do now? Also suggest me do I required to do MBA if so what course I need to choose in MBA?

I'm a BBA student in the new Delhi tier 2 college. 4 months ago i decided to pursue my career as a data analyst.
I have learnt basic SQL, power bi, python and currently working on tableau. I'm in my 4th semester and my college is providing internships in companies like IGT,concentrix,BT as a customer sales executive🥸. Should I do that internship for 2,3 months? How can I use my skills to do freelancing? And what other things should i do?

Currently working as a Data Engineer with a couple of years of experience in Sql, data pipeline and data warehousing and did a couple of projects on SQL and power BI.
