Guys how much do freshers make in KGS as an analyst?

I'm a fresher, Data analyst job ke liye kitne salary ka demand rakh skta hu ?? Naukari par 4-5 hi likhte hai job description me ... Ye thoda Kam lag rha hai.. Aap log batao kuch.

Genuinely curious! Like I graduated about 4 years ago from an NIT and started with 40k pm for an analytics role, now everyone I see is earning atleast 12lpa after tax?

How's the pay for analysts in banks like Citi, HSBC, IDFC etc? My "assumption" is they have a better work life balance compared to start-ups (I work in one - CTC being 28lpa - almost 4 YOE). Why am I asking? Looking at how things are going on at BLR, I'm planning to someday switch to company with work from home and better work life balance.

What’s the band for a manager at KGS Bangalore in the consulting practice!?

So went to tier 1/1.5 , EE branch , during placement I never really found interest in DSA. Thought I’ll do a simple job but now when I see my peers getting into big product companies , with great pay I feel so sad. I feel like I should have prepared better. And then after coming to Bangalore it feels even more sad because whenever I go on dates the other guy is always an IIT guy earning more than me 😅. Even among my friends I kinda envy them that they have chill wlb plus better pay . Is this how life is?
