Hardly getting any calls from naukri & linkedin.

Me too, does hiring a resume writer/using AI ,opting for premium services on job boards help? Can someone please advise?

What I have heard is, you have to reduce the notice period to 45-60 days in order to even get noticed. 90 days people are not getting any calls. One of my friends said this to me that if you enter 90 days as a notice period you will hardly get any call, try to set like 40 days in naukri for once and see if you get calls

1. Use some you tube channels And update resume ( Jeffsu is one example) 2. Use jobscan and then apply ( it is not free tough ) 3. LinkedIn alone or indeed does not work by just applying, go with all references , Figure out using LinkedIn — search people — filter all — for references I haven’t used any paid services Need help dm me
