I met a guy couple of times and I really liked him. Once on a date, I decided to confess my feelings to him but stopped when he told me that he was moving abroad for higher studies.
It's a great opportunity for him but I am heartbroken. I got attached to him as we used to talk a lot.
People who have done MS from abroad, do they return after completing the course and find a job there only and move out of India?

Hey, I am sorry you went through that. I have been through breakup, I understand what you are going through.
I would suggest you to atleast confess to him. You never know what he thinks about you!
But yeah, know that there's a strong chance he won't leave that opportunity for you (he shouldn't ideally) but you both can make long distance work.
I can't say what the future holds for you if you both decide on what you want and where you want to live, you should talk it out probably.

P.S - yes, a lot of people don't come back after MS, but he could be an exception especially if he feels strongly about you. You wouldn't know this unless you express yourself
