Cleared online assessment, technical round 1 there was a technical round 2 and then the last round but they skipped technical round 2. Please suggest what to prepare? As they skipped tr2 should i also prepare technical?

Hi all, I have around 2 years of experience, and I am getting a chance to interview with Google. I am currently working on frontend, but I want to move to backend and I have been preparing for that, but with phone screen round coming up, if I tell them I have worked on Frontend, then I will definitely be considered for frontend role and if I lie there, then I might fuck up interview if they ask backend questions, any suggestions will be appreciated. After working for 2 years as a Frontend dev fresh out of college, I was looking to prep for a change now. 

A lot of what I searched about frontend interviews involved JS/HTML/CSS and some framework-specific fundamentals which makes sense. However, I've also seen a lot about people brushing up on algorithms, practising leetcode which I found painful since it rarely pops up in actual work, if at all.

Any idea on what I should focus on? Or any help when navigating the interview process?

I was in manual testing for 2 years. Left my job. Joined scaler. Cleared some mock interviews (except DSA). I am in desperate need of a job in developer role(full or backend). I need to clear DSA and ReactJS mock interview in order to be eligible for placements at scaler. I don’t see any other option now. And talking about DSA I don’t feel confident enough. Sometimes I go blank when there is a question. I don’t know to prepare DSA smartly and fast. Kindly suggest what should I do. 
(I’m not that bad at DSA. It’s just I’m not confident enough). 
So.. I’m open to all kind of possibilities and suggestions.
