How can one go from service to product based companies amid this recession
I am in a service based company and after going through a straight up learning phase, I think I can crack product based company interview but they deny a chance. Am I at fault somewhere or is it just recession?
Try with small size startups who have recently raised pre seed or seed round.
It's easier for the large startups and MNC recruiters to trust a startup engineer than a service based company engineer.
Trust is essential to get your first foot into the door, i.e get interviews.
