How do i get a job?

Hey there everyone,

I hope you all are having a wonderful day.

I'll get straight to the point, I've been applying for jobs for last 3 months and i haven't got a single call back or interview calls from anywhere, I've applied to 100 of companies, from entry level job to mid senior level job, I've tried every job portal, I've tried getting referrals, hell I've sent 500+ cold emails, I've also tried tailoring my resume for the role.

Now a little bit about myself:

I'm currently working as a product analyst and have 3 YOE. I did my b.tech from tier 1 college and graduated in 2021. Right after graduation i got a job with a decent package.

So considering my profile and YOE, it shouldn't be this hard tp get a job or even a call back!!

Can anyone tell me what am i doing wrong?, or anyone care to give any tips.

Ps: why the hell are companies asking for 5-6 YOE for an analyst profile??!!!
