I was persuing cse from a decent college in pune . In my last year i.e.2023 , I was placed in a startup in pune with CTC 5 lpa but it had bond of 2 years ,so I rejected that offer .I ended up getting my college placement account banned because according to them I was already placed ,so I started looking for jobs off campus,but I never thought it's going to be this hard to look for jobs off campus. Applying to multiple companies in a day ,resume getting rejected and then applying again .for some where I get shortlisted, they keep on asking questions from things which are not even mentioned in my resume although their jd don't even mentioned those skills .In some companies where my interview was 10 on 10 (according to me), still they rejected me and when asked they used to say ,they found more suitable candidates.
I graduated in September 2023 , and I am still looking for job , trying to upgrading myself everyday to get better.
I never regret my decision of not accepting that job. I don't know if I am getting any job or not but I am gonna be more strong and better with each passing day .

Hey devs , i am 2023 grad from tier 3 college , 1.3+ yoe in cloudops ,fully remote ,8 LPA , got placed in campus .


So i have been trying to switch and been appling to multiple companies ,no luck ,didn't even got a single call from HR.
So i was looking which company i have applied the most number of times ,and it was JPMC .
Literally applied 16 times in 3 years national & international location , lmaao never got a test link or anything.
Same with Amazon ,applied like 10 times in 4 years  , American express same ,  servicenow,salesforce, Western digital ,meesho , autodesk,myntra etc .


My reusume ATS Score is 81on resumeworded website,
have solved 250+ leetcode questions but anyways i never got the chance to showcase my skills lmaao .




Its seems like luck is not on my side or its my bad time going on ,life is funny and life is quite uncertain😄

For me it was McKinsey 
 It was the best job out of college, status wise. 
  
 Did well in college and made it to the final shortlist. Was obsessed with it, read books and all about The Firm. 
  
 Then the interviews happened, couldn’t convert. Was a downer.  
  
 But 5 years later, doesn’t matter much. I feel life taught me better things. And my fascination of consulting jobs has changed drastically since :p

I am a backend engineer with a 9 year exp. In my fourth company now. Started with 5 lpa, now at 31 Lpa. 
Mostly have worked in normal companies only. I am from one of the NITs. 
I am not good at DSA. Everytime I have to switch a job, my resume gets shortlisted  and I get call via naukri. 
The things is in these last 4 job searches I have been rejected 100 times. I have been rejected by almost all the companies, 
Service now 5-6 times, oracle 5-6 times, Walmart 2 times, goldman 3 times, jpmorgan 2 times, Amazon 4-5 times, arcesium 3-4 times, msft 2 times. 
Apart from these, I have been rejected by adp, celigo, phenom, barclays, flipkart etc. 

Every time, I want to change a job, I'll get rejected by all the big companies and then will get selected at some normal company with a hike and will join them. 
I am at my fourth company now, and again I am searching for a job. Have already been rejected by GS, service now, phenom, epam, ice, demandbase in last 2 months. 
Every time it is the same DSA. 

I try studying, will do decent amount of leetcode prior to interviews. Last two months I am doing leetcode from strivers sheet. 
But same question I'll do here, and in interview will fail. Example I have done sorted array rotation, shares sell and buy, rain water trapping, and was asked the same question in interview and couldn't solve. 

I also want to earn more and get into some big company and stay there for some times, what shall I do? 

My concerns are, I am getting lesser calls this time compared to the last few years, I can't be switching job every two years. 
Want to join a big company and earn more.
