Nielsen or JPMC

Nielsen or JPMC- Grapevine

JPMC: INR 37.6 LPA fixed + 8-10% yearly bonus
Juniper Networks: INR 35 LPA fixed + 4 LPA yearly bonus + 5 LPA RSU

Please help me to decide on which one to join in terms of growth, work life balance, and hikes.

Cognizant - 20 + 30k JB
Wipro  - 22 LPA + 1 JB
Sunlife Financials   - 23 LPA
Synechron Inc.  - 23 + 1 JB
Mphasis  - 25.5 LPA

Which company should I join? Please share your thoughts. It's urgent.

So I guess I hit the mid-life career crisis and finally resigned from Microsoft abruptly yesterday. 

Reasons for resignation:
1. I am saturated with my work and feel out of fuel now.
2. No Pay Raise or Stocks since 2 years.
3. No Promo in last 2 years even after being a top performer and winning multiple awards and accolades.
4. Was promised by my manager that I will be promoted in Feb but now he/she quotes budget.

What my manager says:
1. You have a valid L1B, don't resign.
2. Says you will get the promo in September but now it is not possible.

Please Note: I resigned abruptly without any offers in hand. I guess managers think that folks who have L1B won't resign so their promo can be delayed.

Just wanted to share with the the community. Thanks 🙏

Half of me wanna yell at you for being stupid, but other half tells me you know better about appreciation and promo thing within org. If you don’t regret it, it’s good then!

Any JPMC folks around? I keep getting JPMC job emails from Naukri, and they mention salary range of 15-30 lakhs, for experience range of 8-12 yrs (Hyderabad location). I used to think JPMC pays nice, but this looks so low! So why so low range being shown? Are they just trying to exploit the current market situation, or is it actually the usual pay they offer?
The Position is for Full Stack Developer.

I got an offer from splunk. The issue is last month I joined a banking MNC with 29 LPA as a fixed CTC.  

Right now Splunk is offering 22 LPA as base, 19 LPA as Retention bonus, and other benefits which makes my total CTC as 41 LPA. 

Not sure what to do? At one side I have a stable higher base pay job and on the other side a higher ctc and interesting job.
