I received an offer from both companies around the same pay 40 lpa. I am confused between choosing the right one. I am married with a kid. Looking for a balanced work like culture. If you have an opinion please do share.
hi how many rounds were there? Did they ask dsa or system design?
4-5 rounds each. For Nasdaq it was a hackerrank coding round first followed by two technical and two managerial. Two technical rounds are manageable if you have hands on experience with some lld and hld stuff.
For jp it was DSA first round followed by a technical rounds focused on hands on with hld scenario based questions. Final was HM round it was a mix of Java + OOPS + cultural fit.

Not sure about Nasdaq but WLB can be expected in JPMC.
I have no view on NASDAQ But i would share my view on JP Morgan as i have worked in here. Great place to be from work life balance perspective. Ample internal opportunity to switch. They will always meet the inflation rates in hikes.
I heard Nasdaq has bad WLB across teams. Not sure about JPMC
