How to be a toxic founder?

  • Remove people from Townhall meet because there camera is not switched on.

  • Do an app revamp because he gets cognitive overload, and not users.

  • Forces decisions without an objective measurement for outcome.

Guess, who!

A toxic founder is one who is not paying salaries to the team while enjoying perks and secondaries themselves.

Nothing listed above qualifies as toxic. Entrepreneurship is a rough sport, don’t confuse strength for toxicity.

Are you a founder?

That wouldn’t make my opinion biased in any form. Founder or not!

Answer to your question is Yes.

I have not talked to anyone who has interacted with Munjal directly so I don't know how bad it is with Unacademy. But Slice is a company running on one person's whim. The CEO acts childish, throws tantrums, etc. Upper management describes "managing and tempering bajaj" as one of their core responsibilities.
