How to decide

Your parents are growing old and you want to spend time with them (they are already retired). At the same time you want to move abroad and get a master's degree, make a career out of nothing. Make money, find love probably. How do you decide what to choose?

You will get plenty of time to do your masters..but your parents wont be there forever ..once are gone the guilt will hunt you forever .its your turn to make some sacrifice for them

I can completely understand your thoughts

You can always make a great career by not moving to abroad also. There may be delays but not denials.

Talk to your parents tell them you don't want to miss them and ask them to help you make your decision.

Lets assume you are 22 -25 year old now. Considering the lifestyle these days say life expectancy is only 60+ or healthy life of 45 - 50 working in corporate. You have already lived 1/2 or 1/3 of your life. So don't think much spend some good time with your parents, family live a life full of happiness. Carrer really doesn't matter if some how you manage to pay helath insurance and make some good money locally.
