My project team mates are encouraging me to join the Deloitte Canada team , however I have received information that life in Canada is harsh , considering the high cost of living and low wages. I am an entry level tech guy with just 3 years of experience in this industry. Any suggestions?

Wow! that didn't strike me at all!

I presume you are a great student of economics and a bit frustrated. Anyways this community seems to be filled with frustrated teenagers.

Think your options through. If you want to live with parents, then you will not go. If you have choice to go, you can go and explore. You would be still learning in job and can resign and come back to India. Sure, you might be earning less, but you would be going there for lifestyle, diverse teammates, career growth. See what matters to you. Make a table and decide how many points favour in both decisions.

After that, don't completely rely on table. But atleast you will have clarity. Talk with your family too.

Dude that's the greatest answer out there (as there aren't any other answers).

Are you looking for a complicated answer? What's wrong with that if I am saying "paisa hai toh ja neto maat ja"?

And the second point you are aware that the COL is high so again what's wrong with that if I am saying "dusrey desh me garib jesa jina hai toh ja neto maat ja"?

Yes there is nothing wrong . I am neither looking for complicated nor dull answers. Looking for realistic answers , like any province where you can have competitive housing or a vibrant community. What shall be compensation to ask stuff like that. The problem with new teenagers is they want quicky and not a genuine discussion.

Go. Get some experience at a low salary and once you get a permit, switch for a better job.
