How to get a job in Analytics?

I am from a non CS background. Worked as a freelancer in my field in 2021. Took a break in 2022 to figure things out. Now I have a good portfolio in Data field. Would like to know which companies are looking for fresher Data analysts to join them... Been applying on LinkedIn, Wellfound and other job boards, only 1 called me for an interview so far and I have failed. Most don't respond to my applications. Couldn't DM people on LinkedIn, because they have premium. Would love to get a referral or let me know any companies that are hiring for Data roles. Preferably startups, small companies and any company with below 5000 employee count.

What are some good ways to find startup jobs? Other than the usual, Linkedin Wellfound Instahyre Cutshort YC jobs Any other better ways to find data analyst roles at startups? Mos startups don't even have listing. Of all the 36 applications, I received Interview calls only from 2 companies. Other didn't even respond and I don't even know if they have gone through my resume or not.

I have applied for more than 300 jobs. And didn't get back any response. These are the jobs which I found on linkedin in which most of them have more than 200 applicants. For context I'm a full stack developer with 2 years of experience currently working in a startup with a CTC of 7 LPA. I tried cold emailing and messaging in linkedin. I got two interviews after messaging directly to HR via LinkedIn. And I'm targeting less popular startups with less competition. Now my question is where can I find those companies And what's the best way to reach out. Also one final question, I'm a single developer in my company and I'm handling the tech alone make technical disitions, design databases, architect projects, and manage deployments. Can I point out this as a good thing? Will companies get impressed by this? And how much salary can I expect?

Having a hard time finding new opportunities, though I have prior experience of working in a product startup and I am open for relocation as well and yet time is not with me. How to land internships or entry level roles in DS/DA or even ML? I have a good number of projects in my resume. But it's so hard to get a response from recruiters. How to increase my chances of putting my foot in the door for interviews? Also let me know any openings related to the above roles in startups (Chennai, Bengaluru, Hyderabad preferred).

I'm currently working as DSE at Infosys from june 2022 ,i am willing to make a switch, but I'm getting almost no interview calls, only calls that i get are mostly from small startups. Can anyone suggest me on how to secure interviews

How can one specifically target startups and succeed? While many pursue top MNCs or MAANG, getting entry can be challenging. I am keen on working with small startups. Has anyone experienced working in startups in Bengaluru or other locations where both good pay and learning opportunities are available? In terms of job search, is LinkedIn/Naukri or referrals more effective? When preparing for interviews, should one focus more on DSA rounds or development skills? What are the pors & cons or tips?
