How to reject an accepted offer?
Sorry for being a pussy but I'm very new to this. So I accepted an offer from a company and did the BGC docs and all. 2 month later, now I have a better offer that I want to join. I'm sure I don't want to join the first company. Was gonna call the HR now, but what do I say??

Tell them the truth and call out your new offer….ask them to match/ better it if you want to join that company
HR may ask you to mail the other letter as proof so you can share that.
If they don’t match, join the new org and chill.
Offer shopping is a common thing.

I did this and got blacklisted and ended up heavily regretting not joining the accepted offer. Whatever you do, think carefully about all the potential future consequences and then take the step.
If you decide to reject, just call and tell them you are not able to join because of having a better offer. This is not a new situation for any HR.

Oh, thanks for the input, do you mind telling why you regretted? There is a better offer right

There wasnt a big difference in the offers monetarily for me. My biggest regret is I didn't realize how isolating a remote job is. Also didn't realize the importance of the name of a company in getting interviews as I chose a smaller company compared to a huge non tech MNC - in the end I don't feel like it was worth rejecting the MNC just because I liked the tech stack better - as I didn't really progress as much as I thought I would and just became more and more stressed as time went on.

Just tell them you won't be joining. They are either ways probably never going to consider you for an open position in the future.
