My job is quite laid back and i have a lot of free time.

I have been grinding leetcode in my free time but I'm bored of it. So, I decided why not use this to expand my real working knowledge and earn some side income too.

Any experienced freelance person, please guide on how to start and where to. I know it takes a serious hustle to break the first client. But starting itself seems daunting to me.

Any tips on how to get started. I along with two of my friends are looking to get into freelancing. And we are a perfect mix of engineers. I am a Backend dev with 2+ years of experience and one of my friends is a lead AI engineer, the other is a fronted engineer with extensive experience in react.

So I have completed my B.tech. Now I have to look for Jobs. During the time I was in college(last year), I was Learning MERN stack but it has not been completed yet. Now in online forums, I have heard that MERN stack is getting saturated, and entering it is not good. So what is your opinion? Also is it wise to take some time, I mean like some months (6 or 8 months) to self-learn and land a Job after that? And should I learn on my own or go to some training institute? Hi everyone, I am working in a service based giant of India for the past 2.4 years on Ruby on Rails. Ruby is a dying language & I need to switch as my salary is lower than what peons probably earns so need some guidance.
1. I am wanting to switch to Frontend completely and then some backend in a new company in MERN stack, what salary can I expect for my YoE ?
2. With all layoffs going, how can i make myself somewhat immune to these situations so that I don't have to search for a new job every few months ?
3. Starting frontend and then will be doing backend as well (becoming Full stack) is my choice of MERN stack correct ?

I am a 2019 graduate. I worked in a non-tech field for some time then I decided to switch into a IT sector, for that I decided to first learn the basic skills needed so I joined a company who teaches all the skills to get industry ready. 
I learned Html, css, JavaScript, Bootstrap, Python, sqlite and still learning react & node. 
But now there is a good gap in between due to some personal reasons & my non-It experience will not count and I will be treated as a Fresher only. It's 2024, I am searching for a good start. 
what should I do now? How to start my career. There is a marriage pressure from the family which is Turing into a big stress now but I wanted to be independent first. Please help me, I seriously need your help.
