I am underpaid but how much?

I'm a Software Engineer (Golang Developer) with 2+ YOE. my CTC is 10 LPA. 8L fixed + 2L performance bonus. am I being underpaid? considering the current market situation, I'm afraid to make a switch. what if another organisation does a layoff? PS: I also want to know which companies hires go developers in Delhi NCR only.

Hey y'all, I'm a T shaped Engineer with specialisation in MLOps/Devops at a hardware+software stealth start up. Experienced in full stack, ML deployments, AWS, Kubernetes, Python, Kotlin and handling scale. On paper YoE: 8+ 3 years was with family business ( in tech), so if that is ignored 5+ YoE across the board in ML. The perks I get are work life balance and unlimited leaves and leaves compensation if any public holiday falls on a weekend. Currently being paid 32lpa base, no variables. I'm confused if this is good pay since I have a varied set of skills. The company has spoiled me by making me "time rich" so I don't feel like leaving. (Especially since I was burnt out when I desperately left and joined the current place) I know friends who do just backend getting paid 45 lpa but with no work life balance. And often times in discussions with them I feel like I can do their job easily (because of the varied skillset). I'm Fortunate enough to be in a place that did salary corrections even though other companies are laying off and appraisals are incoming in Q1. I'm confused, what's a good number that I deserve?

I am a Full Stack Engineer, with 5 YoE. I've been working at 12LPA for almost 2 years. In the current company I am in, I got from 56K PM (During Probation) 70K PM (After probation) and 1L PM (Increment of 30K after working for an entire year). Due to the market conditions I didn't get any hikes, simply because the company wasn't making any money. Anyway, since I've started interviewing I don't know what to say as my expected salary. I know I am a quality engineer, my boss, and my seniors would agree. I just want to know what should be the salary for a above average engineer with my level of experience (5 YoE) PS: I don't have a college degree, in fact I am a dropout, I hope it helps you guys make your guesses. I work for a Series A start-up in Bangalore. I have 5 YOE and my current base is 21 LPA and ~5L worth of ESOPs a year. Seeing Grapevine salary charts, I feel I might be underpaid. Should I negotiate or look for other opportunities or is the base I am getting now alright?
