Was sharing screen for internal call when I zoned out and started texting my girlfriend on screen

The interview was face to face. 
I was told explicitly that it'd be a hands on coding round. DSA and screening round was already completed. 
The guy who came to the interview basically had the same level of experience as mine. 

First, he asked me about if I've worked on microservices architecture. I said I have and mentioned details about a few projects.

Then, he told me: Since you've worked on AWS heavily, do you know the default timeout of a lambda? Told him, I don't remember exactly and gave him a wild guess. It was too wild it seems. My bad, should've just not spoken. I accept my mistake. 

Then he asked, what are the different services that can invoke a lambda. I mentioned sqs, sns, cloudwatch, dynamo db streams, etc. He's like, what specifically from a microservices perspective. I repeated SQS, SNS mainly. He's like, Lambda can be also invoked by other Lambdas which is what I was expecting you to answer. Great. Shouldn't have asked an open ended question if he was looking for exact answers, right ? 

Then a few other questions that I was able to generally respond, but maybe not with the level of exactitude that he was expecting. 

Then, he asked me to code up a few endpoints related to followers, following, posts and wall. I told him that in the interest of time, I'm trying to get the endpoints working instead of focussing on design and he said sure go ahead. I was genuinely under the impression that he wants to see if I know how to code, but he was testing my system design skills. He was obviously not happy seeing me cut corners. 

At the end during discussion he said you could've done correctly in a certain way. I said yes - It's obvious that it was the right way, but I only compromised on the design thinking you wanted to see my ability to actually understand the framework related stuff.

I see a lot of posts about WLB, I want to know what do you consider as a decent WLB. I will go first.

1. Leave early if the work for that day is done
2. No pings and calls post work hours, there are always exceptions and thats okay, should not become a norm
3. Respecting when someone is in vacation and not disturbing them.
4. Not rejecting leaves 

I will add more in comments If more comes to my mind.

It's become quite a norm for interviewers to jump out of the scheduled slot in between of the interviews, stating abrupt production issues. This is my second in the last 4 companies I've interviewed with.

There is a senior colleague from another team who calls me on my mobile or on whatsapp whenever I do not reply to him on Slack. Sometimes post 9pm. Even when I have set OOO status on my slack and teams. 

The reason I do not reply to him is because he wants favours for his work. It's purely a lack of skillset. He doesn't google but expects me to spoon feed him. I initially helped him, but he has taken me for granted. Eventually, I stopped replying to his messages whenever such requests came. I do not ignore the important requests. 

What do I need to do? Any suggestions?

Does anyone know what kind of questions are asked in the Introductory interview round at Navi, will be helpful if you know specifically for product design.

I read the glassdoor reviews and it says a bootlicking, inexperienced management and very bad work life balance. It also says good growth and good pay.

I try to stay optimistic and ask folks at Navi as to what is the ground reality. Can you share instances of what is the work culture or just give your reviews?

I have no idea how to inform this to my lead that I have deleted the api gateway in production accidentally and even though I have recreated it , the application needs to be published to stores again with this new api urls , I'm more scared of the customer as well , I am not able to calm down thinking of all the possible consequences it's gonna have from here on , I'm so fucked up really

I'll be joining Navi next month as a fresher. Just heard about the layoffs. How should I proceed in this startup. Should I start preparing for new opportunities or wait almost a year ( if they don't layoffs) for future opportunities? 
Company is doing good at financial terms I guess.
Confused kindly suggest all opinions are appreciated?

So I got call from my director I thought its a normal update call but he asked me to put papers over the teams call.

I got panicked and I asked him why what happened so he said we are not happy with your performance and your work in not good. Same feedback he has got from others. 

But I have never got any feedback from my managers or senior saying that my work is not good nor i got any formal mail saying that i am doing bad work. 
Also i have never got any mail from HR for this or regarding PIP.

1. Is this some kind of politics he is doing with me? 
2. Can someone ask you to put papers over the call? 
3. Can someone directly fire me like this?

What should i do in this situation as i am really scared and in a panic mode as I really don’t have an another offer in my hand.
