I got CTC 12.5 lpa.90% is fixed and 10% variable.What is the in-hand salary

I want to know in-hand salary for 13.4 lpa which is fixed CTC I got and variable pay will be upto 10% depending on performance.

My CTC is 25lakhs but in-hand is 97k . I am curious to know about what others are having.please share yours

Have more than 5 years of experience working for a consulting MNC, a SaaS startup and a medium-sized consulting company. Over the years have gotten the opportunity to work as a frontend engineer(angular, react), a fullstack engineer(java, javascript/typescript, python) and currently a data engineer(pyspark/databricks, azure, gcp). Projecting my self as a fullstack/backend engineer only. What should be my fair salary ask in series A/B/C startups & other product companies? Hi, as the title suggests - I am looking for roles in the growth/strategy or product analytics based fields. I have more than 4.5 years of experience and it mostly consists of consulting, business and product analytics heavy projects. For the past year I have been mostly working as a data engineer specific role and want to make a switch. If you come across such roles or if your company is hiring then do let me know. I will start applying to them.

How to negotiate properly? Anytime we could get to do it on our CCTC or the holding offer (2-3L extra). But if I feel the company could pay more than it + my skills are worth it. How to put that out? Many times I get to see a response that your numbers are high compared to your current CTC / max we can give 2L more than your holding offer not more than it. Example: CCTC : 10LPA, holding : 15LPA, mostly HRs try to settle me at 17LPA max. But through some research if I see the same companies are paying somewhere between 18-22LPA, so I can get offered 22LPA also right! So in such cases how to know the range of hiring? how to negotiate to maximum(realistically) without any regrets and get the best, especially when I am expecting a 100% hike or more?. Does interview performance affect salary? Pour your input guys.
