I have 3.5 years of experience and I am confused whether I should do masters or keep working in tech?

Hi,

I want to work in either US or European countries. Is it possible to land there without doing masters? I am a software engineer and financially it’s hard for me to go for masters. Is it possible that I can apply from here and land a job in any of the companies in other countries?

In a hiring boom like that of 2019-2021, several tech folks landed roles in Europe. Now, not anymore. Go for a European masters with a scholarship, that would keep the US door open too, and would be much cheaper.
