INDmoney
No appraisals this year
I totally sense it’s the case as two leaders including CMO has resigned recently
And the company is going through lots of hardships I guess and they have been creating scenes around this stating 10% layoffs for bottom percentile

That's a sign for upcoming layoffs. After few months, they will say that they have to cut their costs and so you will be laid off or else they'll force few people out either by putting them in PIP or making work difficult for them. The leadership will slowly move out citing reasons of starting something of their own or taking a break.
Have seen two layoffs in the last six months. Got spared in the first one but got affected in the second. So now have become very aware of how these things work.
I also had a good appraisal this year, most of the members I know got awesome hikes because INDmoney revenues are increasing and they want to retain top talent for scale, they are also advertising in the world cup.
Whoever posted this msg they did before appraisal letter even came.
INDmoney appraisals happen in mid or latter June half.
We are critical of employers for always being on the back of employees and I support it in the right scenarios, but we should equally appreciate when they do good also.
PS: it's also true that some 4-5 members didn't get hikes, but I'm not familiar with reasons for the same.
