Best App for Long Term SIPs
Need your suggestions advices in which app is better for long term sips. My concern is the app should be easy to understand has less hidden charges and can be looked after for 10 years atleast.
How was your experience during buying/selling also with customer care support feedback?
So far, I haven't had any issues for going to customer care (which is a good thing). However, I reached out to them for a query and they replied promptly in a few hours. This was in 2021 though.

Groww has a simple and easy to use UI. Customer care service is also really nice. I recently had an issue with FD withdrawal and when I messaged them on X they solved it immediately.

Coin - simple and effective UI & UX.
I have been managing my portfolios here for more than 3 years. Even if there are any discrepancies or doubts, the support team will just explain all tha stuffs very neatly and quickly.
This is Zerodha's MF platform.
Would suggest against coin because of demat storing of MFs. That way you are vendor-locked, and can't switch platform in future. Moreover tracking of investment outside Zerodha/CDSL/AMC becomes harder.
PS - I work on MF investment tracking feature

Indmoney is good, but I think more than the app you have to inculcate the discipline of SIPs (the more you automate the SIP the better for eg. Setting up auto-pay etc)

Indmoney, if you don’t want to use that do a direct SIP via AMC/Bank.

You can setup sips on AMC website directly and then track them on any app like ind money etc

Okay i saw mfcentral someone mentioned buts cams is smthng new why cams can u invest in us also?
No you can't invest in US funds. Cams and Kfintech are RTAs for most AMCs in India. Mfcentral was built as a common platform by both firms.
When you invest in mutual fund via AMC website, in backend it's processed by Cams or Kfintech.
Two things to consider:
1. UPI Auto-pay should be there
2. Direct MF should be offered
I found IND Money has both
Have been using ETmoney for SIPs for last 5 years.
Total portfolio over 50L, never had any issue.
Ahan this is smthng better answer I was looking for smthng like this
Zerodha is the most professional. Groww will spam you with calls. Zerodha doesn't do any of that. Also Zerodha customer care is nice.
Ohh 😦 no no i dont want to be spammed I once applied for indusind bank cc and after that I got so many calls from so many banks
Coin works great. No hidden charges, easy to understand what MF you're opting for. Easy to redeem and add.
No nonsense app. Just works.
