This is LinkedIn what we are talking about. People are begging to vote for a certain party because it favours their religion. And the person who liked this post, is someone I used to regard because he is knowledgeable. If this is what is happening at the forefront, imagine the propaganda that is being shared within your mom or dads WhatsApp groups.

I read the post. Usne galat kya bola hai. And whatever is written in the post I already know this and I want govt to abolish few of them. 
  
 Like Waqf board, Places of Worship act, Minority Commission. They are second largest majority. Also, throw out all illegal immigrants.  
  
 So my suggestion is, go and read the history you will realise it.

Just a small question..does anyone also feel that the whole tech space is very liberal in a very extreme sense. Where having a different opinion on any political topic will attract unwanted eyes...Sometimes i feel as a fresher or someone new in the Indian tech scene it's very intimidating to even express yourself if you have a different political opinion..just me?

For those who aren’t aware - this guy was faking his education credentials (he was using my Alma mater in his LinkedIn and Twitter bio).  
  
 He used to charge obnoxious amount for career counseling on Topmate. Was featured on some economic news channel as well during last year’s budget.  
  
 In Sep 2023, he was exposed by a fellow Twitterati. That he hasn’t even completed graduation, let alone a Post Grad.  
  
 Most of his tweets were copy paste from other sources, his gyaan was generic.  
  
 The guy went AWOL from Twitter.  
  
 He returned back in January of this year, posted a thread and a video but never even acknowledged his mistake or apologized for his misdemeanors.  
  
 And imagine such fake people are being nominated for events like these.  
  
 Since, I wasn’t personally defrauded hence I cannot file a police complaint but I’m trying to connect with people who were duped off their money so that this fraudster does face Justice.  
  
 PS - Yes, he’s certainly on his way to becoming an MLA or MP pretty soon.

I believe in being stoic, and hence avoid reading about politic/war etc. (stuff I do not control).
But I want to read up on Business/Startups/Economics stuff so that I am up to date. 

Currently it's too spread out: across news websites (inc42, Bloomberg), twitter, and grapevine.
Want to make news reading more streamlined, so I actually read the best things every morning on the pot :P

Seeing this for a few weeks now. Noticed it when PG tweeted about how there are 100 ai startups in the batch and all are legit. That is none of then it’s phony or opportunistic. He also talked about how domain experts are building in AI and great founders. 

Then saw Garry Tan promoting the batch and retweeting others doing it. A couple of other partners talked about the companies they are excited about too. 

To me, this signals that yc isn’t getting the kind of interest they used to get and they have to promote the quality of the batch to be able to generate enough interest. For the first time in 10-15 years maybe. If they have to do it to ensure the companies are getting enough funding interest, what about startups without a brand name behind them. 

We will see more of these as we get close to the demo day. Most startups are just ai wrappers or agents. Not sure about the exact differentiation between them. Not clear from the descriptions or websites.

“Red plates with golden alphabets” on vehicles are becoming new red beacons in 2024. Every third panchayat member or yuva morcha president is adding these red plates in front of the car.
