I got offered a position in Adobe as an Architect
YOE 12
33 base + bonus 5L bonus.
RSU - 50K USD across 4 years
PF etc - 2.5L

Am I being lowballed? My current CTC is 29.3L with 32% variable on top of it.
I tried negotiating but with no luck, RSU was increased from 40K to 50K as a result of that.

Offer: 34~36 LPA + 10% Bonus (3.4 ~ 3.6 LPA)+ $40k RSUs

Should i negotiate more or is this good enough?

I finished interviewing with Apple HYD today for an ICT3 Backend position. I had 1 OA with 2 Questions and 5 rounds of interviews and all went very well.
In fact one of the interviewers also told me "You are very smart and the interview went very well"

I have a counter offer from Intuit BLR:
Base: 34 L | Bonus: 3.4 L
Stocks: $46k

Apple hasn't got back to me yet about discussing the offer, but how much base should I expect from Apple, given I am to relocate?
Is it right to expect 35L as base?
I know the stocks are: $92.4k

Recently I have got an offer from Accenture for role of Packaged app development assoc  manager for Pune location.

Basically it is level 8.

Could you please evaluate my offer and let me know whether it is a good offer or not.
Is this as per market standards?

Just had a call with a recruiter from Razorpay regarding the position of Lead Engineer - Android.  The budget quoted was around 22 LPA fixed with no variable components. The reason mentioned is that management wants to be careful with the hiring since they don't want to layoff anyone. I think they are trying to low ball the offer. Can some one from Razorpay comment. Pretty much sure 22 LPA for lead is pretty low

They are giving 14 fixed + Variables.(0-10%)
Is this good or got low balled.

I am earning 35L INR but finding it hard to switch as companies are lowballing compensation.

Just trying to analyse correct compensation.

APM/Product Analyst salary expectations

So I am currently a full stack engineer at a startup, now I have 3 offers 1 backend and 2 frontend. Currently I kinda like the full stack role that I am in but since I want more income I have to move out. The offer for frontend as well as backend are paying decently well and are very similar offers as far as comp is considered.

What do you think I should opt for, I am 2 years experienced. If I pick the frontend role right now, would I be able to move to full stack again or not?

Background:
I have around 7 years of experience. Right now doing WFH from tier-2 city and staying with family (Married so wife + my parents). My current job is good but politics and bad manager came into picture. I applied to few jobs and got an offer.

Current Situation:
The offer I got is WFO (hybrid) from Bangalore so I need to move. Increment in terms of cash is 12.5% (they dont want to push more). RSU is good and they vest in 1 year directly.
I estimate that house I require near my office (Kadybeesanahalli) will cost around 50-60k and rest budget of 50-60k. So I will save around 1-1.5L (50% will go to MF, stock etc)

Question:
Is this a good decision to move and settle there ?
New org is a reputable one and has stable job as of now

Note: I am not including my wifes salary as she still needs to search a job

I'm on the verge of receiving an offer from Microsoft for an SDE2 L62 position, despite my roughly 7 years of experience. Would this level be appropriate, or should I consider negotiating for an L63 position? Additionally, could you provide insights into the maximum budget for L62, including base salary, variable pay, and RSUs? My current base salary is close to 50 LPA with no other components.
