I joined as fresher almost 2y ago. I am pretty much skilled and certified in my technology. Is it the right time for me to switch? My lead tells me to work for atleast 1 more year and complete atleast 3 years in my first company. What should I do?

What is the ideal time for me to switch?

3.3 years into Capgemini
1.3 to years into TCS
Since 7 months working in Infosys

But here I didn't like the work culture and project and micromanagement.

So is this a good time to switch

Hi,

I am about to join a new organization (Org D), and they are currently processing my background verification (BGV). I have a concern regarding this process.

I am currently working for a mid-sized company (Org C), which does not conduct detailed BGVs.

I started my career at Org A in January 2018 as an intern and was converted to a full-time employee in September 2018. During the transition from intern to full-time employee, I briefly joined another company (Org B) for 8 days due to some confusion. This short stint at Org B is visible on my UAN.

I am worried about how this might affect my BGV. However, I do have all the necessary documents from all the organizations I have worked with.

Please advise.

Just finished my culture fit round with Microsoft GD for consultant role. I'm confident I'll get an offer for hyderabad. I know GDs reputation. I have 6 years experience and a ctc of 10.x from a local small startup.

I wanted to understand after how long in GD can I apply to IDC. I'm willing to give it all. All the hard work required. But do I have to complete 1 year for internal switching.?

How much time should someone with 5-7 yrs of experience in product / business strategy spend in one company (ideally)?

Context: 
I am in a product strategy role where I am working with the founders and leadership team.
I have done engineering and MBA from tier 1 colleges.
I have 2 yrs of pre MBA and 4.2 yrs of post MBA experience. My Annual compensation is the range of 35-40 lpa.
Post MBA, I have done a startup for 1.5 yrs, worked in 2 unicorns for 1 yr each.
In a serious B funded startup right now with 9 months of experience.

I have been working as SDE since 2021 
This is my second job (Joined July 2022) it was good earlier but since year it's more or less the same kind of tasks or requirement to be completed
Want to go deep into Technicalities to be a better SDE 
But there is no emphasis on that in this company kind of Don't get time to do so and just learning few documentation doesn't make you better SDE implementation does
What should be the approach?

1. Freelancing 
2. Personal projects (Out of Ideas)
3.Job Switch
