What comes under moonlighting in india ?
Hi guys , i am a Ux designer and thinking of doing some freelance work on weekends . Is this legal to do if i already have a primary job ?

Bro they only care once you start to make enough. Then just link the payment to your parents or something or if you're making over 2 lakhs a month freelancing then just create an LLP. It doesn't take more than 20k a month in fees to manage and you don't pay tax too. Nobody knows
