Is there a chance of finding someone

So as I am 23M planning to move to USA next year for my masters, i graduated this year and I always wanted a true genuine connection which I couldn't find while I was in college and i approached only two girls in college, one was herself confused that whether she liked me or not and there was other one to who I talked after college and she told me that she liked me back but she is in Mumbai and i m in different city so things couldn't work out unfortunately now as I am going there ,i really don't know what kind of person girls prefer , i am approx 5ft 8-5ft9 something , i am not like 6ft tall but I am good looking and don't want any kind of time pass or something like that , dating is like a game nowadays where both men and women hop onto different persons without establishing true bond , what should I do , whether girls there will prefer me or even if I approach someone in india then i really don't think that LDR is gonna workout without person physically present (IMHO) , i know finding a girl who actually thinks of long term , knows relationship goals is very difficult and even more difficult in USA šŸ™‚ What should I do? Any advices

Hey , thanks a lot! Yep actually i believe be the way who you are , i know how to have a charisma , an attraction but never put extra efforts to impress anyone just for the sake of being in relationship because i believe if something is destined then things will start falling at the place with minimal efforts . although relationship requires time , effort , understanding but I don't believe in stalking, sending request , that's why I m not in insta too

In Rome do as the Romans do. If you follow this adage then in the USA, you will have to sensitize yourself to the casualness, limitedness and obnoxious materialism of relationships. In fact, it would be downright stupid to expect anything serious or meaningful out of it all, unless you are gunning for an Indian woman there (and you are too young for that). There was a time when nerdy first generation Indians would go abroad and be too socially retarded and insular to bother about anything other than their studies or career. Americans viewed this as a weakness. Don't let this hold yourself back. Go for the variety of girls that the American shores will bring forth to you. Your height, and any sort of Indianisms, will put you at a disadvantage. Don't let that stop you. Hit the gym hard and become huge. Develop a great fashion and grooming sense. Learn social skills. Practice MMA & Krav Maga (you will need it). Obtain guns if you can and before that know shooting. And alongside all of it focus on your work/academics while retaining the cultural moorings that really set you apart from them. Good luck!

Americans are not just trigger happy, they are also prone to violence- Some races much more than the others, but nonetheless all of them are prone to violence in a way the average Indian is remotely not. When all else fails, you are basically all that you have. And you might as well put your best foot forward. Certainly, don't go looking for trouble yourself though. Americans possess an amazing number of guns. At the first sign of trouble, try to escape from the situation through the skills in combat that you would have learnt. Fight only as a last resort and only if you really have to.

And I find many nice guys be desperate for relationships but girls absolutely dont show the same feelings. Intuition says most girls generally go for Top 1 % guys . Good morning seniors I am a male engg student currently in final year I have never been in a relationship and haven't talked to girls from the past 6 years for which I can remember correctly. My bestfriend is going to the USA. She has gotten an admit to a very prestigious university for MS in CS. I have known her all my life and have had a crush for almost 15 years now. I never had the guts to say it to her because the timing was never convenient. We used to hangout together a lot. She was also in a relationship on and off with this guy. fair warning - rant on whole ecosystem of arrange marriage

Fuck , what a waste of weekend. story - I am 27 years old and i am not rich enough like grapevine people. I earn 9 LPA and doing remote job. So parents started looking for girl for arrange marriage. So there is program arranged in our caste where boy and girl has to register beforehand. Registration fees is 500 per person and 400 for booklet. So i paid around 1900 and lunch is also included. This program invites all the prospects under one roof and booklet was given. Booklet has all the details of prospects.So registered candidates can have multiple meetings with different people. As you already guessed it this is problem of supply demand. Female candidates are way less and male candidates are way more. We have so many experiences like girl family just outright reject you on the basis where i live. That girl was doing nothing and have done bcom. Also one girl family rejected us soon as we just sit for a meeting. Reason dad of female earns 4X than my father income. We had some meetings around 5-15 but hardly any positive response. Female family is able to do 20-25 meetings at minimum and they can have choice whom to reject just on weight factor too. Shitshow out their for arrange marriage. We had a quarrel at home after coming from program that i wore some multicolour tshirt thats why we dont have further meeting. Also my parents are giving me lecture that i should have wore gold chain and bracelet to impress other people. another thing in booklet , boys has to mention salary. There is no mandatory thing to mention salary of girl in same booklet. Also girls are given return gift for just attending the function.
