Job in FP&A for CA fresher ?

It's completely possible.. People often ignore MIS reporting roles which sets stones for FP&A profile and eventually leading to full blown Budgeting, Forecasting, and multiple FP&A function Analyst role.. You should try looking MIS role first and gain as much possible experience from across the company functions, so that you become indispensable when it connect to join dots Top-to-Bottom or vice versa.. When you know business better inside out and you are best at your finance game, FP&A is just a step away.. You may eventually get specialist FP&A roles of Forecasting, Budgeting, Revenue and Product Pricing, Financial Analyst etc, so your interest will take you eventually there and FP&A guys are well poised for a quick and better candidate for CFO than traditional accountants (although it's critically important you know Corporate Finance also)
