Hi everyone, I’m bit confused I have a offer from a startup company and I’m at last 2 days for notice period at Accenture and have given interviews at Mindtree and IBM with more hike than the startup and got selected and submitted the documents today but offer letter is not yet released yet any suggestions where to join would be so much helpful, the startup company joining date is on oct1st lwd at accenture 25thsep
If the startup offers good learning and growth, consider it. But if Mindtree or IBM offer better pay and stability, wait for their offer letters. Make a decision based on your long-term goals.
