Judgement by Delhi High court on a working professionals case
If the current employer has resigned and that employee has been selected in the new organisation , then the new employer cannot deny appointment to the selected employee. Could this be a significant judgement in the cases where offers are revoked even after the resignation period of the employees is completed or the offers are delayed? Link :
