Not sure how long you have been looking for jobs but still, it is not any reason for thinking about such a step. Yeah, suicide needs courage but it's courage in the wrong direction. If you aren't getting interview calls, consult experienced people in the field to look for solutions and change the ways of job hunting. Take help of family for finances. Yeah, you may think you don't want to be a burden on them but they won't think twice to help you in extreme situations. Losing hope and noping out is not the solution.
Any insurance money won't be of any help to your family when you are gone in such a way. Your family will be burdened by the guilt of not being able to save you. Do you want to condemn them to this suffering till the rest of their lives?
Try pitching this idea to your family. Then, see whether they prefer the money you will leave behind or you who will be alive and well with them. I am sure you know the answer already.
Talk to your father, mother and anyone else you trust. Go back to your family and stay with them if you are in another city. Just a little time with them will show you how much you like to be with them, how much they appreciate you being in their life. It will remove these negative thoughts from your mind for sure.
