Karma or BAU?

You have ordered from these e-commerce companies. And we have all got refunded a bit more than the actual problem costed (genuine ones are correct)

My mother is strictly against it, saying we should compromise at times. This is just adding bad karma to our (life) account.

But I think, these companies are sitting on millions and billions of money If they cash out a refund of 150, it will not empty out their pockets. Instead, we can order something next time for a little less expense.

Your thoughts?

I don't think e-commerce company will bother to take back such a small refund even after you inform them, maybe they might adjust it somehow.

Best thing to do is to give it to a poor person or donate it in temple.

Here I am with Amazon not refunding my 1.5k for copper bottles they never delivered. My friend faced the same for something worth 5k.

Amazon customer care said, "padosi se pucho 😂"

Prime customer ho? They refused to exchange my charger too because the second one also didn't work with my device and after many requests they refunded my money.

Or isme Amazon ke paise gaye hai customer ke nahi toh they will not bother much.

Tell mama gaining wealth is not a sin in Hinduism like other religions and if karma existed then Switzerland and tax heavens would not exist

Gaining wealth through hardworking and honest mean isn't a sin, it is a sin if you gain it through dishonest means.
