Market trend for 14 yrs Java Tech Architect or Manager

Hey everyone, I am just trying to understand the market right now..I have 7.5 years of experience and have been a senior consultant for a year or 2 now. Worked on RPA and other intelligent automation with career start as a Java associate developer. I have an in hand of 17lpa. What can I expect if I switch. I have been slowly moving towards ML and Gen AI. As I don't feel RPA will be there in some years. As gen ai is gonna take over everything. What do you guys suggest? Is it right time to switch?

I am currently working in Accenture as a backend developer. Do you think its wise to change the technology at this moment. I have around 3 years of experience. And i am not getting any learning opportunities in my current company. Also what is the roadmap to learning Data Science?

How's the job market for +2 YOE fullstack (frontend or backend) developer? Is it the right to switch? What's the least one can expect in the YOE presented. I want you guys to shed a light on this. I appreciate any inputs on this. Thanks a tons in advance 🙃

Can Ai take product jobs? Been planning to switch to either PRODUCT or DATA SCIENCE roles in 5/6 months, but kinda skeptical as what path I should go ahead with. Also with the AI advancing everyday and some tech bros taking about AI taking jobs makes me wanna wonder about the path I should go ahead with.Any recommendations will help, thanks. Currently, I'm employed at Cognizant, with 2.5 YOE in developing AI chatbots and other AI applications using Microsoft Azure cloud services. My current ctc is 9Lpa. Should I stay with Cognizant or consider switching for a higher salary?

I am a software engineer with 11 months of experience. I have no interest in testing field and wanted to work in development roles from the start but my org forced me to work as an integration tester. Now I am planning to upskill and jump. I have great interest in cloud field and believe that it is an emerging field, but I am told that AI/Gen AI is also very good field to go in. Although l don't have any particular interest in AI and always thought that it is not easy to get good paying AI related jobs for beginners like me, I am ready to pursue, if told otherwise. Please give me some advice/guidance as to which field I should choose as a fresher that has good learning and future scope and pays good. Any advice/guidance is appreciated 🙂.

What steps should i take on how to find the right companies? How to apply/look out for the companies? Need some tips from experienced ones who bagged some good CTC. Should i resign my current organisation and start looking out for others or should i stay till I find the new one? Any inputs are highly appreciated :)

An actual dumb thing I said was at my first Data Science interview at a top tech company here in Bangalore. Interviewer asked me about my projects, and me being unpolished, I said that I had done a regression project. So he asked me how did I measure whether the model was "good". I said that, "The accuracy of the model was high" Interviewer responded with, "...You know Regression tasks are measured with MAE/MSE/RMSE and not accuracy, right?" Lmao. You live and you learn. 🤡
