Mental harassment at Deloitte from clients

Need advice from the community. I've been with TCS for 1.5 years as an experienced resource, but despite my efforts, I haven't been assigned any projects. Instead, I’m constantly put on random trainings. When I raised this with HR and the Delivery Manager, I was met with excuses. Recently, they've even started applying leaves from the backend without my consent. I'm not looking to quit just yet, but I’m unsure of my next steps. Mental Harassment at workplace

I've been working in Accenture over 1.8 , I'm facing lots of toxicity, politics in my daily work now these days. I've been through a mental trauma as I was under the process of PIP ( Performance Improvement Program) , the clear reason behind it is boot licking, me & one of my colleagues both were into this process, I performed well enough & got 3.5/4 in tasks so they retain me , but she got 0/4 ...for that reason they terminate her. But after PIP in the office they're completely cornering me , they're not treating me as before.... I don't know what to do , I'm thinking to switch, but some says it's too early. I'm still under so much confusion. If anyone help me in any way , it'll be thankful :)

Hi people, I've pursued MBA in finance, currently working at Deloitte under UK BT as a TC-1 with 1 year of experience. My office location is Hyderabad but I'm originally from Kolkata and I want to go back there. I need a referral for a job based on Kolkata in any of the big 4 firms as soon as possible. This place is starting to feel like hell and staying here is literally costing me in terms of physical and mental health. My office leadership has stayed quiet in this matter, and they're kinda "this is the best I can offer, take it or leave it." I have tried applying online in the careers portals but no responses came as of now. Could anyone kindly provide me some kind of referral or leads over this matter? Your help would be greatly appreciated.

I am done with Meesho. The work is great but the reward structure has become shit. The leadership has become hypocrite over the years and if this goes on then soon most of the talent would leave this super high density talent company. Feeling betrayed post the layoffs and the promo cycle, I am looking for new product opportunities, please help if there are any openings at your organisation 🤕

I quit Deloitte after 4 years of excruciating pain. Here's why? The concept of bench will literally kill your confidence the most. If you know how to beg then you will succeed here because if you don't beg for projects then they will definitely lay you off. I was always a bright student in college and chose Deloitte because of the brand name but if I had known that once I was hired, I would still have to find jobs every day, I would have never joined this hell. This is utterly ridiculous. I have now joined an early stage startup which has been the best decision of my life. Deloitte is literally the worst company ever. There were a couple of seniors who used to say the most hurtful shit to me whenever I used to go to the washroom. These Indian seniors always harass freshers while the American teams are usually much nicer and respectful. Don't throw your youth away in the name of earning a few bucks.

I want to share my experience as a fresher at Accenture, my first company from a college placement. The first six months were fine, but then I faced severe mental harassment from my supervisor and manager. She constantly criticized my work and gave negative feedback, causing me immense stress. I often skipped meals and worked weekends to improve, but nothing helped. Despite reporting the issue and requesting a supervisor change or a different track, my requests were ignored. The harassment worsened, affecting my physical health, and I couldn't eat or sleep properly. My manager controlled trivial aspects like where to sit and whom to talk to, making the situation unbearable. I was even forced to switch from a developer role to a tester, despite being trained as a developer. The final straw was being placed on a Performance Improvement Plan (PIP) without a clear reason, with the same harassing individuals assessing me. I only had 1.9 years of experience then. I reported the mental harassment to HR and resigned due to deteriorating health, panic attacks, and weight loss. Despite having no other job offer, I couldn't continue. Even during my notice period, I was forced to complete PIP assignments, which led to suicidal thoughts and further health issues. Now, I am jobless, feeling helpless and frustrated. With less than 2 of experience, I struggle to find offers in a down IT market and don't know what to do next.

Continuously finding it difficult to be at this firm as facing so much of mental Harassment these days for silly reasons. Please suggest how to cope up with this situation.
