Harassment in TCS 🚨

I joined Tcs in 2023 as a experienced resource and now its 1.5 years but no projects are assigned they just keep assigning random trainings when this issue raised with HR and Delivery manager they keep giving excuses on giving release now they becoming Hippocrates and start applying leaves from backend I don’t want to quit right now what should i do any suggestions?

What could be the reason behind decreasing headcount ofTCS?

I joined TCS 3yrs ago and since then I couldn't switch. I am planning since last year March but actually not able to work on it. Even I couldn't apply actively. Currently I am involved in a role which has nothing to do with development and I feel bit less confident. So I want to know why it is so hard to leave? Does everyone feel same? Is this ecosystem somewhat responsible for this?

I will finish 2 years in may, I worked as business analyst for 1 year 8 months and took release in order to get into a React Js project, I gave rmg all my skills, he said he could not get me a project on those skills, I am rejecting all the support projects, he threatened me saying people are getting released from company if they are not taking projects, (I cleared digital few months ago) Cut to the present- I am working on L1 Sap support, every day I feel like quitting the company, I might have applied for around 400 companies easily in the past 1 month I received call from 2 and neither had scheduled interview after knowing the notice period, If I dont take a decision now I wont be able to crack interviews later as days pass the experience I need to fake also builds, My options: 1. I thought I will keep my papers after the current hike and revoke it if I do not get any offer 2. Fight with the current manager for release on the basis of the 2 year contract he recently told, which was not mentioned while I was taken into the project. 3. Do my learnings parallelly and when I get an offer I will leave the company My current level of understanding in react is moderate, I have done few small projects and I helped one of my friends in his project for some time and I feel that I can crack interviews. Please give your suggestions, its a life thats going to change if i stay here for 2 more yrs I will come out with 0 exposure and 4 yrs experience.

I'm working in TCS for 1yr and benched entirely. I'm fed up now and looking for a job/internship in startups. Do u guys think that I should quit immediately or leave after getting a offer? And what do u all think about TCS pay of 23k per month for entry level associates?

My manager has told me that I will not get an appraisal at all. This is because I did not have enough billable hours. What do I do? I was on bench for almost 6 months and I thought chilling is nice but this could potentially ruin my career as I can't find a job anywhere else. Should I try switching to Infosys, Capgemini, Accenture etc? Can anyone tell me what these companies are like?

How much I can ask for TCS for 4 yrs experience in React.js?
